Coldplay is being sued by Joe Satriani over "Viva la Vida.

I have to say, listening to the Satriani song isn't that convincing alone, but listening to the two overlaid on top of each other is. The fact that they're in the same key is a bit suspicious, in addition to the melodic similarities.
